“Taking pictures is savoring life intensely, every hundredth of a second.”
— Marc Riboud
Born in Uganda, I grew up in various prairie towns in Southern Saskatchewan and now call Boston my home. I was fascinated with photography and film from an early age and knew that I was destined for a career in one or both of these fields. I graduated from the Alberta College of Art and Design with a degree in Media Arts and developed a studio practice for seven years. Eager for a new challenge, I moved to Asia for three years. In that time, I managed a ten-person video production unit in Daegu, South Korea and cofounded a non-profit that helped imprisoned photojournalists around the world. Needless to say, travel has been a huge part of my life. For the last decade, I have devoted myself to the art and craft of photography. I appreciate the collaborative process, the places I travel, the people I meet and the creative challenges that each assignment brings. I'm attentive to my clients' needs and go above and beyond their expectations. I work on projects worldwide. For assignments or commission related inquiries, please feel free to contact me.
